Democratic education is at the heart of this charity’s work. Understanding the values that matter to them and the children and young people they work was built into every stage of strategy and creative development.
As well as developing brand and campaign marketing for Phoenix to be used in their work with schools, funders and strategic partners we worked closely with them to create bespoke pitches for them to bid for new work and coached staff on delivery.

“As a small charity it was invaluable for us to work with someone who so honestly told us what we didn’t necessarily need them for as well as what they could do for us. Wordsby helped write our new copy, develop corporate and funding pitches and provided strategic mentoring support. The work was especially good value for money because we have gained a lot of skills ourselves in the process and are now more confident and equipped.”
